THE MACHINE IS WAY TOO BIG try getting under desks with it we use a low speed bonnet ,white scot/pad with encap or carpetguard fresh and clean which is cheaper.you can get a new bonnet for around 600 pounds

Sorry mc is list at £1650 but they have a ex dem at £750 , i think its just to big for what we do .
Have a job to two story office block with carpet tiles,  Not in bad con little traffic lane and the odd stain this is one of three offices the company has to be done, First block is 480 yards lots of desks and chairs etc so i def think cimex to big will have to have a look round at somthing else.

Michael,

I,m not sure what you are saying!

that you bonnet commercial , or use encap with a bonnet pad?

go for the cimex, every time can be used for more than just encap , as for getting under desks!!!!................  cof couse it will go under desks admitadly not right to the edges, but that is exactly why and edging brush is available, and if your honest Micheal even a small bonnet wont get right in everty corner.

I've got a question on the Cimex. Do you think the main thing with them is production rate, rather than a far superior clean compared to enccapping with a rotary.

Price wise they seem pretty reasonable, on par with heated pad systems like DF etc. Pretty heavy though!

mike.

are you refering to the production rate of the cimex? if so, the production rate or area covered x time of the cimex is streaks ahead of the bonnet, as for the comparisons in cleaning I demo encap to any potential commercial custy......... I would not demo bonnet .

Why, Im sure I will be asked? because I feel good results are not achievable in most cases in fornt of custy, encap I am confident instant wow factor will get me the job.

See what you are saying, I kind of meant encapping with a rotary. I did a job with Procaps and a rotary the other day and it came up rediculously bright. Even after vaccing, would well impress a Client.

If someone has a spill stain I think encap would get you the job because of the instant effect. Whether it would come back after is a different matter.

yes we use bonnets for the last 4 to 5 years on all the office cleans and get under the desk feet areas. still thinks its a monster like to see it cleaning feet area .and do not need edge tool which would be a extra cost.

What does encapulsation look like after it dries, after a month and where does the dirt go.

An award winning carpet cleaner once cleaned using encapulsation but found nothing in his vacuum cleaner the next day when he returned to vac it.

Mark ,
that same award winning cleaner . also did a test with encap and bonnet side by side,
cleaned with bonnet, then an area with encap.

went over both areas with bonnet ,
result dirt on bonnet and no dirt from the encap area,
I was with him at the time, and the same award winning c/c was also the man who introduced me to encap.
as for the stains returning, have had no complaints so far.

and even got the job of cleaning and maintaing a number of health clubs using encap.
why because the manager, was so impressed with the results in comparison to other previous cleans he mailed all of his work collegues with my details.

geoff.

ps.Micheal, hardly extra cost a simple edging brush, but just incase you were refering to the extra cost
involved ie time factor, the speed of encapping more than makes up for it.
