They put a full yank in for me when they dropped it off last week and as yet havnt had to put any in. I only do 5000 a year tops so expecting to put £100 a month in it whereas me old mondeo i could put £50 in for the month.

lwc - Its got a 75 litre tank. It was nearing empty so i filled it up as i didnt think it had a light to indicate how low it was. £75 to fill it and have been told that they do have a low fuel indicator light, so it wasnt empty. Paid 1.29 a litre and am going to get around 400 miles. This is just short journeys of say 5 miles max. I i carry ladders and around 100 litre of water. So im quite happy as i thought i would be lucky to get 300

Hi all, been window cleaning for 11 years. for the last 5 years been window cleaning in my modified VOLVO S40 lowered, big alloy's nice car. (ladders and wfp) selling that at mo because just brought new volvo c70 convertible, as you know you can't put ladders on con's roof, so selling the ladders and buying telescopic ladder.

any other window with COOL cars instead of boring van that cost alot of money

don't suppose my work car is "cool" as such but i bet it was in its day,i bought it from a bloke last year and he'd had it since new,really it was a shame to use it as a "work car" it had been that well looked after..the bloke was nearly in tears as  i drove it away..its never let me down apart from the to be expected wear n tare..not bad for an L reg

thanks birdy, i thought it would have been you replying lol, well after months of thinking i decided to get a vivaro, seems much more practical, and 700 miles out of a tank (so ive been told) sounds rather nice

I wanted something that i could use for work, family and caravan. So this covers all. Its handy with all 25 litre containers as well. Dont normally do that many miles but since ive got it we use it as the main family car instead of the wifes golf. Im hoping this is a novelty thing and is going to wear off as the golf is much more economical.

LWC who ever told you 700 miles from a tank of diesel has got there sums so so so wrong, more like between 500-550.
