"cool" window cleaning cars
« on: June 03, 2008, 09:46:59 pm »
Hi all, been window cleaning for 11 years. for the last 5 years been window cleaning in my modified VOLVO S40 lowered, big alloy's nice car. (ladders and wfp) selling that at mo because just brought new volvo c70 convertible, as you know you can't put ladders on con's roof, so selling the ladders and buying telescopic ladder.

1st question
are the telescopic ladders any good

2rd question
getting trailer for wc and wfp stuff any other window cleaners with trailers

3rd question
any other window with COOL cars instead of boring van that cost alot of money

any other window with COOL cars instead of boring van that cost alot of money

I used to use:

Mk2 Golf GTi .

2.1 bore-out.
Various inlet and outlet mods.
Mental Golf. :o

Orion Ghia i.

Tuned at Motorsport Engineering.
Ram-air induction kit.
Grey injectors.
Full £600 Magnex 4-branch stainless manifold and exhaust.
Lowered 60mm. :o (Which meant I couldn't get into a lot of people's drives!)
Would outrun an Escort RS Turbo though.

Nissan Bluebird Executive Turbo.

Standard, but fast.

Fiesta XR2.

Intake and exhaust mods.
Great fun.

Now I drive a diesel van. :(

Audi RS4 - estate with plenty of room in the boot for tools.

I seen a plumber lately driving a very cool Jaguar XJS - 6.0 V12 - very nice example, not worth a lot I'd say but very cool non-the-less.  The 10mpg isn't a nice thought though.

I've never been to bed with an ugly bird but I've woken up with loads!
