I just wondered what you all thought about the following - I would love to hear some of your views.
I am setting up a cleaning business and need help with the usual things like Terms and Conditions, legislation regarding employees, booking forms etc. I have some T's and C's that I have put together but wondered the following:
Did any of you consult a Solicitor to get all the above created and checked out? I know putting together the T's and C's will keep the cost down but wondered what sort of fee you paid to a Solicitor for this kind of thing. I have called round a few Solicitors to get some prices but the fees seem to vary wildly. I just wondered about your own experiences and (if you're willing to share - no pressure!) what sort of cost you paid?
Also, and finally, is there anything else I need to think about when approaching a Solicitor?
