DOMESTIC WFP
« on: January 17, 2005, 03:40:47 pm »

COMING FROM NORTH LONDON AND GETTING AROUND A FAIR BIT
I SEE QUITE A FEW WFP SYSTEMS BEING USED ON COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS

BUT I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE BEING USED ON DOMESTICS

READING THIS AND OTHER FORUMS IT WOULD APPEAR THEY ARE USED MORE, NORTH OF WATFORD THAN DOWN SOUTH ON DOMESTIC JOBS

WOULD THIS BE THE CASE ???

Or simply be organised and arrange with your customers to leave the gate open

or extend the hose...then the trolley stays in the van. Use pole to vault over fence....

Hi Sinbad,

Have a look at our website at http://www.andwat.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html

WHAT WE ARE NOW OFFERING - ENTIRELY FREE OF CHARGE, AND WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION - IS BEYOND PRICE.

We are pleased to offer window cleaners, singly or in groups, the opportunity

1. to learn water fed pole technique from window cleaners who've been using wfp for many years

2. to pick their brains on the "do's & don't's" of wfp (they've made mistakes as they've gone along - learn from them, and don't make the same mistakes yourself)

3. to gain first-hand experience using a water fed pole yourself on a real live job

4. to find the answers to all those questions which your customers are bound to ask

5. to learn how to price a wfp job, and how frequently to schedule such jobs

6. to examine the Health & Safety issues involved

This is not a training course as such - (we don't award a certificate or a NVQ) -- it's a FREE practical opportunity to find out more about water fed poles BEFORE making any decision to invest in equipment.

You're probably already half convinced that you've got to go down this road, and what we offer above may help you to decide what you need. We hope that you'll then feel that we're the kind of company that you'd like to deal with on a long term basis. Our products are good quality, robust, and highly competitive in price, and we pride ourselves on building good relationships with our customers.

If you wish to take matters further, email us at andwat@talk21.com or ring Andrew on 01704 541578

Hi Duke,

You'd be very welcome to visit us in Southport, Merseyside, bur from some of your posts, you've already got plenty of experience in this field.  Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yours,  Andrew

I've been doing domestic WFP witha backpack successfully for a few months now.

I like the freedom - no dragging pipes etc.  Yes - it's a bit heavy to start with but you soon get use to it.  One fill does most domestics - except for first cleans.

I have one 24ft pole and one telescopic 6ft ground floor pole.

Customers love it - most can't resist Ghostbusters references first time round :)
