i have a 1000l ibc tank with a sub pump, if you leave the sub pump hose on the floor it syphoons it out, and i was sure i put it up yesterday, gone out to fill van and guess what, no friggin water. day off for me  >:(

Oh dear.
The place where I have my IBC and transfer hose etc is shared with others so I couldn't take the chance.  I bought a  tap that goes on the end of the transfer hose from Gardiner's.  I can't see it on the website but I suppose you could call them when they return from holiday.
