You could easily ask 3x the monthly/fortnightly takings depending on price of each job

 :o wow that's serious money!

Usually it's three times the value (four at a push!)

But this amount of work could be worth 4-5 it's worth
I should imagine you would have to settle for a lump, and a % over time!

:o make my round look like a... a single "R" never mind Round!  :'(

its depends on how much its worth per day as opposed to overall, how many guys does it take to do it,

if its 2 then thats only 800p/w in reality, so £160 per day, which isnt the best, but if its one man, then i would pay 5 times for that

I,ve never bought or sold any window cleaning work but looked at as strictly a business investment even 5X which is just short of £36k it's a sound deciision.

The residential to commercial mix is good. I like residential because of cashflow and loyalty. It's well established and compact and done in 7 man (Sorry "person") days :) so there is room for expansion. One option would be to buy the lot and sell off 2 or 3 days worth to make it a one man round. I would think it's all well priced as well to make £800 a man in 3 1/2 days.

It would cost anyone around that sort of money to buy a franchise. Probably with no customers and 30% franchise fees to pay.

Anyone got a spare £36k I can borrow?  :D

Regards

Andrew

3.5 days I would say is about 5.5 days max for one guy.
2 guys do not do double the amount of work on domestics it just is logically not possible, and have tested it time and time again.

if thats a true value, then I would be asking way over 4x, if you was near me I would but the lot.

if you have just gone wfp, in a few months you will knock a day off about a day off your working time
