my favorites and just bought new pair are bradford ladders double 10'. however bradford ladders now bust but ca browns at bradford do a very very similar copy.

3.5M bought them online a few months back as some idiot stole half the ladder I had before, cant remember the name off them, when I go out to van I will have a look, they reach most jobs that we do gutter cleaning/fixing.

3.5 titan good all rounder .u can get shorter ladders .but the 3.5 has that bit extra .for the awkward windows u WILL come across .

Just measured mine. 14 rungs  12.6 ft  3.80m   A frame  In my opinion this is about  the best size for 1st floor on average house. Never had a window I could not reach & your feet are on two rungs most of the time as ladder not fully extended & not much bend.

A lightweight triple 8' set with an A frame top and the option to loose the bottom section when not needed would be my choice,.... But avoid the DIY store ladders, they just don't last. Google it a bit and you'll find some good pro suppliers.

Take note of the weight,... if you'll be using them all day it is a very big factor.

While you're googling,... sneak a peek at WFP gear,... plan for the future,....... it could save your life.

I use 3m Titan triples from midland ladders for my round.

I can remove the smallest ladder and use it as a double on most houses, and use the extra section for the larger houses, gutters, etc.

Yes, they are heavy, but they also seem very stable whilst working. Get the yellow safety feet fitted too.

round my area we dont use mits we pull the rubbers out and then knock a piece of wood in,we then leave it sticking out about 8 inch.

Why not just use ladder mits?

See what you mean but ladder mitts last for years. But its your choice.
I use a Micro lite stand off at the top of my ladder. Gives me room to work. But I'm wfp mostly now.

hey i use a microlite aswell, thought i was only window cleaner using one,

how long till you got your head around having wheels at top of your ladder even tho u know they collapse,

luv it tho specially for getting on garage roofs where there is a gutter

just two,

expensive but it really is solid and doesn't move, the second is if you have it at the top of big triples its a bit heavy and you have to be careful about moving ladders around

apart from that its great, the makers have now got an inbetweeny one on market a bit cheaper and more compact.
