Had it/Got it?Got the T Shirt :( Most has been mentioned above. Here's my take. Got acupuncture (on the NHS ;D). Take Arnica tablets. Rub cooling gel on. Most important bit : be ambidextrous and don't hold the pole in the same hand position all the time. E.G. Closed hand/open hand/between fingers etc etc

i have what feels like my bone by my right elbow is bruised ...could this be tennis elbow

btw has any of you lot had GOUT :o...now that realy HURTS >:( :o

If it`s on the outside of the elbow it`s Tennis if it`s on the inside it`s Golfers,it sounds like tennis.
