Hi Mick,
Avoid acids, harsh alkaline powders, oily compounds, soap and disinfectants.
If a seal is required it should be one of the water based acrylic polymer resin types.
Maintenance is carried out with a nuetral detergent together with mopping equipment or a floor polishing/scrubbing machine, preferably with vacuum, you should ensure that only the nylon web type pads are used to avoid damaging the floor.
Regards,
Rob

Hi Mick sorry for delay in answering, been a bit busy!
From your post can I assume that you only clean this floor once per month, and that someone else maintains it during your absence?
If so a standard rotary slow/meduim speed will suffice, chemicals to use would be Restore/Sheen along with a white pad.
If the above is indeed correct, you must inform client to ask their own cleaners to maintain the floor with mop and bucket using a neutral cleanser only.

Rob
