How much for this building inside and out - monthly please

The inside is a busy office environment

The top 6 windows on the front can be done from inside the arch window cant.
Dont include the very top "dark" windows beyond the parapet.

The last picture is missing a couple of windows in this last picture but its the same configuration as the second picture.

All the external windows are accessible with wfp

are we looking at the same job, thats got to be at least £350, for in and out, i would look at that and think i would be there for a day, and then some the next, just to be sure

but companies will be able to send 2 guys on the job at 80 per man + costs = around 200/220 + 20% profit =around 250.

thats what im competing with anyway.
then you have the guy who is starting out who will charge 100 a day .

£300 - £350 in and out based on what we charge per window - however bigger jobs like this have to be charged by the hour to stand any chance of competing.  I would think 5hrs easy to do this start to finish @ £40 ph = £200 plus costs.

105 windows @ average 1 minute a window, outsides
I see the job as  two hours work two men
Outsides £200.00 insides £300.00 provided nothing is on window sills and they are easily accesable
so £500 for the job six hours two men

or people need to up the price, £180 for all that, say you work on a basis that insides in one and a half times, they outside for all of that would be £72 and the insides £108, would you want to do all that work for that money,

thats not the kind of job you do every 4 weeks anyways, if you can get £350+ every 4 weeks then great, but the insides wont need doing that much, once every 12 or maybe even 24weeks
