« on: May 04, 2008, 11:16:56 am »
I have been asked to give a quote for cleaning an office where I am hoping to get the window cleaning , not having done this before I was thinking somewhere in the region of £12.00 per hour if I provide all the materials am I somewhere near with this figure , its once a week and should take between 3 to 4 hours, thanks Dave.

£12 an hour sounds about right but when you say you are to provide all materials make sure that it doesnt include toilet rolls and paper towels etc as these are often used more than you would imagine and can easily make a good job into a loss maker.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

I do offices. I charge about £15-£20 per clean. Takes about 3 quarters an hour. No supplies apart from bin liners & blue roll, toilet bleach.
