« on: April 29, 2008, 08:29:42 pm »
How many pens do you lose in a day?

I reckon I must go through a pack a week. :o

Every single time I go write a slip - yup, my pen has vanished !!! >:(

Drives me crazy.

So  - who else has a pen vanishing problem - or is it just me :-[

Careless sods.

I'm using the same pen since last summer, and it's a 30p biro.

i sometimes take one of my dogs with me in the van.   As I have 2 greyhounds I have to alternate which one comes with me.  One day I lost about 4 pens, everytime I went to write a 'called today' thingie I found myself looking for another pen.  Anyway, last job of the day and the custy starts fussing Jumbo joe, my white greyhound when I notice a very large 'blue beard' growing on his chin.  The sod had managed to munch his way thro nearly all my pens.  Did look funny tho.   ;D

Somewhere in the universe is "PenSock"; a planet with worm-holes directly to my bedroom chest of drawers and to the dashboard of my van. Every night, and sometimes during the day they suck my pens and socks away when I'm not looking.

In fact the sock wormhole always takes away just one sock out of a pair ....

Twilight zone! ;D

I believe there is a market stall somewhere that sells second hand pens - along with combs, keys and odd socks.
