Customers leather

Got a call to clean leather suite,she had tried herself but gave up after 2 hours.Went today two tone leather she had stripped the colour using washing up liquid adamant that I did not know what I was talking about and wanted it cleaned.I refused and said it was a restoration job rather than just a clean,"just strip all the colour off so its the same all over"

Some of them really arn't all there upstairs are they. If it was that good why didnt she just carry on herself with the rest of it?

Did you get any joy out of the one in Co Durham Steve?

Sounds like a waste of time ::)  Oh well, nothing much you can do. Makes you wonder though why they take the time to make contact, then dont do anything when you get back to them ???
