Hey Guys!
My crew did a house today that had 40 windows. I priced it @ $345.00. My profit was $100. I could have charged more, ($400), but during the winter I lower my rates slightly to stay busy.  In Texas we have nine months of really great weather. January can be a mix. 80 degrees on day and 50 the next. About the only thing that slows us down is the rain. Right before the holidays we are swamped, and also during spring. I have been in business long enough so I have a long list of regular clients. I still love to clean windows! I manage almost 100% of the time now, but  I still participate sometimes doing homes.

For store fronts, I charge $20 for the inside and out of an average unit.  4 windows and 1 or 2 doors. I have over 300 regular commercial jobs per month, but commercial is much more competetive than residential jobs.  I have 5 people that I contract work to. I am really happy with the way things have worked out business-wise. I have my office at my home. I would love to hear more about your businesses!
