Sebo and their badged clones are probably the best vacuums out there. But there are others that run close. Dowding and Plummer in Birmingham manufacture the Victor range of machines. I run a couple of their equivalents to the Sebo 460 (the wide track one). The Victor is similar in price to the Sebo BUT they often have ex-demo machines which come with a limited warranty. The last one I bought cost about £130 and it's still going strong after 3 or 4 years ( I loose track). A colleague bought one last summer and he's been delighted with it.
