buying some commercial work

How would you guys go about making sure the investment you make is secure and would you pay all the moneies up front??

a insight to the work is 3 jobs hpusing ass 1 job contract management and 2 jobs business(just offices)

Im looking at purchasing this work next week but want to make sure everything is how it is supposed to be.

all advice will be taking on board

housing assoc  jobs...look at the official orders see how long the contract is for as a lot of those jobs are going to go tits up with all the Euro tender rules.

office jobs go around with the seller and get him to introduce you to them...after that if I was wanting the work I would pay the man....

Just as a matter of interest how much are you buying the work at ie  x5 or x6?

ye around them figuers, tell me more about the euro tendor rules, these are not on contract  by the way!

do you know the guy selling , do you feel you can trust the guy , could you pay him in 3 installments , if it sounds to good maybe it is too good to be true , why is he selling the work , all this and more would be going through my mind but hopfully it will all work out for ya good luck     marc

The Housing Associations I clean for are normally 12months and they send me out forms to fill in with my details if I wish to continue with them if they are happy with my work.

What's all these new Euro tender rules?????
