Sanity, I like the "from £7.50" bit... and the little footnotes attached Does that help ward off the "how much??" guys?

I stand correected. Pdf is an option.  Thought it was only text or jpegs that can post but pdf can too.  that's useful.

Are you allowed to put reach and wash on leaflet if you havent got a ionics system. Also sanity have you got a ionics system.

My system reaches, and washes.  And it uses the same technology as the Ionics reach and wash (pure, deionised water) so I am allowed to use that wording (although if I said I was using a reach and wash system it would be a no-no).  Notice I am not using the Ionics logo.

reach and wash no you cant as it is a trademark of ionics, as sanity said it reaches and washes in not the same term so that is not a problem as it is a saying and not a name sayings cannot be trade marked.

I want to make sure this is ok as dont want to end up like a previous person on this forum who had to stop putting out all his flyers as ionics gave him a call about flyers he had put out bye bye 5000 flyers.

It is fine to refer to Reach and Wash technology (as the technology is the same for all WFP...)
It is fine to use the word Reach and Wash.

It is not fine to refer to Reach and Wash system if you do not own an Ionics R&W system..
It is not fine to use Ionics logo in conjunction with Reach and Wash wording.

Tuckerpole USA use the phrase 'the original water fed pole to reach and wash'

AFAIK, Ionics has trademarked 'The Reach&Wash System' as a phrase in conjunction with their logo.  I do not use this phrase...

Although I would advise anybody to seek absolute clarifoication if they are at all worried.
