Hi Paula,
I've sent you a copy of my t&c's which apply to carpet cleaning but I suppose you could use them as a guide/re-adapt them to suit.
If not, try getting hold of Fox. I could be wrong, but I think she's works mainly domestic cleaning and is the likeliest person I know who will be able to help you out.
Best of luck.

Basically you are providing an agreement between you the provider and your client. I always confirm a booking by sending a letter to my client ahead of commencement of work. In this you can state how much notice is required between you should cancellation or postponement be required by either party, (I stipulate that a cancellation fee may be levied if less than 24 hours notice is given)your agreed price, payment details ie payment at end of each visit/weekly/monthly/. How often you will visit, whether materials/equipment is provided. Insurance issues. What happens in the event of bank holidays ie you will visit next available day. If client is dissatisfied do you re-visit?
Hope this is of some help to you!

What do you do to stop clients pinching your cleaners?
Is it practical to enforce the clause
