Just like to say a public thanks to Alex.
One of my ez couplings had fell to bits on a job 30 miles from home.
I knew Alex didnt live to far away, Gave him a ring and he came to where i was working within 30 mins with some spares, then took me to his lock up to fit them for me
Even got ot to me the infamous Alex's Dad as well.
Thanks Alex.
Dave

I agree Dave.
Alex, and his company give by far the best customer service .
Helped me out loads recently, and it's greatly appreciated.
Oh, Alex - I'll be mailing you very soon as I need to move on in terms of my set up.

Brilliant customer service seeing as i hardly use him lol and i call his brush rubbish
Talking of his brush, you should have seen the state of the one on the end of his pole, its curlier than his hair.
