customer cancelled other day because of condensation in between double glazing. says that the wfp caused it. can it be? cleaned the windows trad for years and no problem.

Its a Broken sealed unit, its impossible for the wfp to do that. Luke

I've had exactly the same trouble wfp certainly won't help if a seals gone and possibly might even accelerate the process. I've been accused of filling their units up with water. They don't even think what happens when it rains and can't be bothered to ask how you clean the windows - i'm sure they think it's a pressure washer in my van. :

Its all about educating the customer,... but unfortunately some would prefer to believe whet their friend told them than what the pro's say.
