4)Whether the service provider replaces or repairs damages occurred during the cleaning?

6)Whether the cleaning staff is reliable and worth to trust?

7)Will you have to give any tips to the housekeeper?

8)Whether you will be potentially liable for worker's compensation insurance or taxes?

9)Whether your pets will be a problem to the service provider?

10)Whether the service provider provide Sunday, weekend or holiday cleanings?

11)Whether your  personal information will be kept confidential?
