I have exactly the same hose reels and they work really well the bees knees.  Cleaningspot is a good company to deal with as well.

I'm a bit wary about there poles as I asked about his £187 ish pole that he advertises as exactly the same as Unger (the ones at £400+...). After a few emails back and forth it comes to light they are the same apart from the construction material, which of course makes the world of difference! They are glass fibre insteasd of a hybrid like the much more expensive Unger poles. This only came to light as I mentioned it, not him...

If I was a bit less suspicious and didn't do some more research (including help on the forums here) I would have spent good money on a pole being led to believe it was something it was not.

Got money waiting in bank and van sitting outside so now need to get system, cleaning spot is 1 1/2 hours with all items in stock about £1000 for system if i instal myself , Pure Window Water Company are 1 1/4 hours away and say they can match purefreedoms system but the thing is they use one metal plate and 2 straps which im not keen on and then youve got purfreedom but there 5 1/2 £2000 for system installed or £2875 with poles, reels etc but there 5 1/2hours away but might get system delivered but then got to install myself so in a bit confused.

Sorry Chris but I've seen you post loads of times about the trip to Grimsby putting you off.

I popped over to pick up a new set of prefilters and some other bits n bobs on Teusday. They were fitting out a sys for a guy who had travelled from Eastbourne. He was travelling back the same day  :o

I don't know what the big prob is with travelling mate. Why not set off early. Book into a B&B for the day. There's loads of them around there. Drop ur van off at 8 (Thats when they open) Andrew will get u taken to ur B&B and you can get a Breakfast then get ur head down for a few hours while they do the fitting and then set off back home. U will be there and back in a day all done and dusted.

Seems to me u would really like the Freedom system but ur letting what after all isn't that big a deal get in ur way.

The worst thing in the world you can do is assume a supplier knows what he's on about & would not miss-sell you something. Some will, some won't & some haven't a clue! ;)

I think he has realized now as I have told him!

I asked another question via email and he's ignoring me now - probably thinks I'm a smart alec or is embarrassed I know more then him! I would have purchased from him but after the way he replied to my genuine emails (sarcastic, obviously annoyed at my "stupid" questions etc) I'll personally be giving him a miss.
