Feedback off customers
« on: March 09, 2008, 07:20:19 pm »
I don't go collecting anymore and there is quite a few customers I haven't seen in months. I was thinking of putting a few questions together for them to answer and send back with payment. Just wanting to check if they are still happy etc What do you reckon I should ask?

 as above
if they are all paying ok then i would just assume they are happy with your work, why look for problems that are probably not their.

just keep taking the money, they will soon let you know if their is a problem

It will give them an excuse to moan about this and that.

Trust me, you will definitely not be happy after reading them all.......bad idea.

I think its a good idea, shows you are concerned that your customers are happy, it also reinforces your ethic of quality and customer satisfaction.

Dont be frightened of negative feedback, it gives you an opportunity to fix any problems that you have missed, before the customer lets you know when they drop you for another cleaner.

What would I ask?

Depends what you would like to know, but if you are going to the trouble of sending out a questionaire type letter I would use it as an opportunity to sell them another service, maybe give them a "special " discount on that service if they reply to your letter.

Or a tester to see how many of your  customers want facia and gutter cleans, conservatory cleans etc etc.

kiss of death, seems like a good idea in principle but could open a big can of worms,if they are paying dont worry.

I have a couple of customers I haven't seen in about 10 years.  The cheques come through as regular as clockwork.  Can't even remember what they look like   :)  .  I reckon you should only ask for feedback if you can cope with negative answers.
