I have redone my site so as its not in flash format as i was advised the search engines would skip it, now i am looking at seo'ing it. 

I have seen people on here using Reciprocal  links, do these actually work as reading up on it tells me they do and dont

Try to add sires that relate to yours, eg, carpet cleaning sites or other sites in your town/region.

Recip links should push you up the lisitings, its also important to have a link coding

posting a link http://www.sdccleaning.co.uk is not a great deal of use, a good link coding will look a bit like this
