Hi

We sadly had to close the Waterless here in Brighton, but hopefully it will grow in other cities.

As you know I am new to this forum so looking through past posts......Did Martin ever own up to his system of choice. And Martin I will go head to head with your machine against mine in test conditions anytime...... I have offered this to CFR and Hot Fusion and they have declined so please if you think yours can do the job let me know.........  Best, Dave.

I personally will not go near sissal/jute carpeting. The risks outweigh the rewards, and the hassle/stress factor of trying to improve them makes it not viable.

In my opinion, if all carpet cleaners refused to clean high risk carpets/fabrics such as sisal/jute then eventually the consumer will stop buying them due to their uncleanability.

I'm sorry if this sounds a bit defeatist, but I feel it's the only way us carpet cleaners can have any control in what the manufacturers produce.

I got one of those once - luckily it was soaked right through in engine oil so I didn't have to clean it - just a letter to the insurance co

show a rug in the shop the other day had squares of suede in it, nightmare.

I have found that from switching from my sedo to a host I get a better clean on sissal, so its important to have the correct tools for the job, not just know how to do the job.

Martin never admitted his cleaning system on this post, not sure why?

Yeah come dude, out with it.

When starting out in this game I felt that because I was a carpet and upholstery
cleaner I had to take on every job that came my way. Fortunately I never got myself in to any bother.
Now I`m trying to trust my instincts in all walks of life (something us humans are not very good at) If I get a bad vibe about a job and can foresee problems, I`ll just pass it on . Call it defeatist but sometimes life just tough enough :-\
Good luck to us all.
