I have been asked to clean a very dirty house the chap has been living in squalor basically After I have baged up and removed all the rubbish, I was going t to hot steam, Sanitise and disinfect it and lastly if it is up to scratch spring clean it. I have never taken on a job like this before I have budgeted 10 days 2 people and 80 hours to complete the task can anyone please help with what tasks should be carried out to complete this job there there is things like rotten fruit, flies it is in a bad way"How clean is your House" sort of thing Your help with products and tasks would be appreciated I am hoping to start tommorow and am seeing the chap to confirm 5pm your help would be appreciated

hi there

if its that bad, then i would look to spray the place down with an anti microborial first.

make sure that you have included enough money for waste disposal, skips etc.

ppe is essential

if the floor coverings are in too bad a condition again remove them from the property.

be careful for infestations etc
