ring Andrew Mc cann number on thier website, there service is normally top notch. maybe there is a problem with thier email service?

I agree!

E-mailing and texting are notoriously unreliable in my experience. Not just with 'Pure Freedom' but generally. Try the phone!

To date, I've only had excellent service from them.
