Watch the height for getting ladders on and off.
There are still a few escorts about which are the perfect height. I just bought an '51' reg for £5400

Thanks Simon,
I like the Escort Vans but i don't think it would be big enough to take all the other things i would need to put in it like floor polishers and carpet cleaning machines etc.

Hi Steve,
I have a astra van , but when I get my next I will go for one that has a side door as well like the midi, I think that could be the size for you. Will it be cash at the end of the tax year  ??? 8)

Hi,
The van of choice for my area(weston and surrounding)seems to be the astra van as low height helps with the on and off of your ladders, great fuel economy and bullet proof on motorways.

I picked up mine a 99 model with 42000 miles,t&t for 3 grand .

                        Regards. Scott.

Why not visit www.autotrader.co.uk you can click on vans then put a search in for a van in the price range you are looking for ,  then click on show how many,  you then get a choice of how many they show you .Some even have pictures ,then even a local search as in how many miles from your house you want to travel , thats how I got mine . 8)

I am not sure John ??? Lots of the cleaning contractors around here use them. I was hoping to get a bit of feed back from someone with one to see how they get on with it. :D

On the Auto Trader site just under the logo Auto Trader is a tool bar with Buy Sell, etc,  its just above sell  if you scroll over it it will light up and then click on it 8)
