Hi Alex,

just got that filter, but  i dont understand, its in its own cannister like a blue flask,.. it has something inside it, i can shake it like rice etc.lol.

it has a sealed ring at the top and a  screw cap at the bottom,..

how do i use it Alex, it hought it was a filter to swap with my chlor 10 filter,

do i simply sit this flask in my housing,?

Yes.

It has granular activated carbon (GAC) inside of the flask. This provides maximum surface area for the water to come into contact with the carbon.

Thanks again Alex, you are always right lol  ;)

all done, the water went straight to zero in seconds , i normally wait a few minutes for that to happen..... and its pumping pure water out much much faster than ever before.
