ah you're the other end of suffolk to me. Beccles area i work but live in lowestoft. Dunno about bvc yet but the nearest wc on here to me are the norfolk lads. Chris cottrell, bod, djhaydn and i think phil mitchell.

hi

Not sure about 6 months but , i have been going for nearly 2 months and only started advertising in the way of leaflets 2 weeks ago , I now have about 50 regulars some inside and out and a couple of conservatories.

so if you build it up slow and steady i est after 6 months your looking at 80 to 100 customers.

I will let u know in june

I've been going a year now, probably leafletted or dropped cards in about 150 houses and i have 210 live jobs at the moment i don't have a clue what is normal, all i know is i have the capacity to take on a lot more work especially as some jobs are six weeks some two months. The last six months have been frustratingly slow but work still comes in but it is gradual. I went full time in June last year and straight away struggled to fill the day. The problem i find is that on the busy days it doesn't cross my mind to keep canvassing - i look forward to getting through it and going home. Then, when i hit a quiet patch it's too late, i should have canvassed before. ::) Numbers don't tell everything if you have large or well priced work then you may not need many at all. Some two man teams claim to do sixty or more per day - work that one out over a month!
