Sorry to keep on, any news of the pole and brush? I've got a few bits and bobs to order as well and thought it best to lump them all together in the same tube so to speak. Or is there no advantage in doing this?

Morning Dave

I'm waiting for a response to my latest enquiry on Friday as to a definitive date and have yet to receive a reply.  It's been ominously quiet last week and time is ticking on and I want to keep everyone up to date.  As soon as I get a response from the factory, I will email everyone with the latest news.  Unless I hear differently I suspect I will not be getting my hands on the SL-X in the next 14 days.  I imagine you may need your other bits and bobs sooner than that?

Well, it's a few spares and a replacement part that that i want but am not desperate for. It's just being a tight wad like myself i imagined some postage could be saved but if not then i will order them up soon.

I'm a bit jealous actually, this must be a very exciting time and probably quite nerve racking as you have a lot riding on the success of this. This is a very mainstream product that even before it's out appears be beat all others on price and performance. I know everyone wishes you well with this and maybe you work too hard to get nervous, but I know I would be. (even though I would also be confidant).

It is an exciting time, the only thing that makes me nervous is the timing of the release of the product, as the factory abroad seems to run on very different timescales to us. Originally this product should have been on sale in December, we have one client who is so keen to see the product that he is driving down next week just to have a go with the final prototype. Having worked with various versions of this pole over the last 8 months does help my confidence with the product, I know how much I like it so I'm sure others will as well. Despite my enthusiasm for a product, there will always be some who do not like or get on with the same product for some reason, so I am not expecting universal approval! There a large number of clients who have almost completely reserved the first production run so I just hope that their patience is rewarded by a product that works for them with the work they have for it.

At the end of the day it is all about working as easily and efficiently as possible, if this pole helps then great. Whilst we do have a lot riding on the development of this product, the success of the Super-Lite project has helped ease the worry.
