Why do you say domestic is a no no? I set mine up with 2 rounds. 1 foir commercial and 1 for domestic. I dont have any issues with it

Actually I would to see method of payment added. So I can record how they paid me. That is only a small thing. And while I am at it other services added like gutters fascias etc.

So I suppose I would suggest a couple of improvements.

sorry,

i have to say its good for me..., print the  sheets in the morning, tick when paid and done, type in to george in the evening. done.

print all the yearly accounts in 2 minutes, thats just my opinion as i only used a book for two months so i only really know the george way, i am sure a lot of w/c,s who have been using a book will swear by the old method and i cant argue with that,

but just for me, its brilliant.

I'm still on the trial version, and I have a combination of domestic and commercial work, and I have to say that I love it.
Once you've learned how to 'drive it' it's great, and I will certainly be buying the full program, and I'm also in the process of buying a PDA so I can have the pocket version too.

There are a few tweaks I think would be good, but the program is in constant development, so as each year passes, more gets added to it, and if you have a problem, you get a prompt response to help you out.

Good value for money.

Excellent piece of software for the price of just £50.

I use it for window cleaning customers (seperating 4 weekly jobs under £10, 4 weekly jobs over £10, 8 weekly jobs) I can then use the reports to see average spends and also break down of how much each type of customer contributes to turnover.

I also use it for pressure cleaning jobs, conservatory cleaning, fascia and soffit cleaning jobs etc.

As with any software there are always improvements and add ons that can be made, no one program is going to be perfect for every one.

Paul the creator of this software also gives excellent back up service and will always take on board any ideas etc you may have.

Great value for £50

richyp, I have to agree with all the others. How can pen & paper be quicker? What about the flexibility? You get a new customer, you slot them into the round where you want them, print of the days/weeks work. Bingo. Or maybe your just on the windup ;D
