You could use TFR but you would need to rinse for longer as it goes a bit like fairy and bubbles up.

We used to use a cleaning agent which was like tecut but formulated for upvc at cuts back by 1000of a mm to give a deep shine and if performed twice you could make the frames look like new.

i try to find the name of it.

solvent upvc cleaner and a scourer works best.takes a bit of time about 3-5 mins a window but they will come up like new.

one thing confuses me about using solvents on upvc and its this ..... If the solvent is too strong wont it take the protective surface off ?

I know quite a few wc/s and they are all looking for the holy grail ( not litarally ) a upvc cleaner that is non toxic , effective, and quick to use . Because as the saying goes ....the possibilities are endless  8)
