If you dont do the top frame then the windows can get dirty when it rains as the rain drags the dirt down onto the clean glass. We do the top of frame periodically to stop this.

We employ so have no option but to work in the rain. Get a grumble every now and then but business is growing just fine

If it is really bad then we go onto commercial contracts only
