how much value to being self employed
« on: February 07, 2008, 09:36:16 pm »
started a 8. 45  this morning finished w cleaning at 16.15 ,  came home filled up. but battery on charge, phoned tomorrows customers , did the book up ,  filled in the paying in book for the wife to take to the bank . Spend a couple of hours at week ends cleaning the van mending  or servicing something.
So alot of work behind the scenes
divide all these extra hous into what we earn and the hourly rate plummets
but i wouldnt want to do anything else . Therefore how much do we value being our own boss whats it worth ?????   ££££££

Very high value!

But you must be self-motivated.
It's a game of three halves!

If that's you're worst gripe; having to do certain 'administration tasks' to keep your business/finances running smoothly; then you're a lucky bloke.

My mate is 60 now and he still keeps up with me ! when you say you are unemployable why would you want to work for anyone else ? You are your own boss !
