I'd agree with you there, if you have the money it's the way to go for guaranteed income and an ideal customer base.

its a tough call, just keep on at it :)

its a numbers game, it just takes time, unless your lucky enough to catch a guy retiring and then it easier, though i did have to put the price up on most by a quid

i have been a window cleaner for the last five years .got ripped of by expartner and had to start all over again.bought a good van and system. but dont remember it being his hard to start up again.up to about 7 days work . finding work is not easy. the work is out there just i need to find it

if i could find work to buy i would buy it there seens to be nothing going for sale round by me and would travel people who have it seem to be keeping it

Your previous experience counts for a lot alan in your favour, however, dave started with zero experience & to his credit has overcome many of the problems one would encounter in his situation. ;)
