Why is it?
« on: February 07, 2008, 06:28:59 pm »
if your first job of the day doesn't go smoothly you never seem to recover? My first job today was a really simple couple of windows above a shop, (underpriced as usual) can't park properly 'cos one bloke is in the best spot reading the paper. Then i get an audience of kids with their mums and proceed to snag my hose, forget to switch the pump on, get pole hose wrapped around my leg, pack it away with the worst knot i've ever managed, forget a window and start all over again. By the second job i was thinking of packing this rubbish career in. What with the mud, the poo an all. ::)

Dave you are not alone had a total nightmare today with a new round I have just bought, (they were cleaned last month) like hell they were they have never been cleaned at all and are 5 months late  ::) well I made the grand total of £45 by 1pm and went home charged the battery as I forgot to do that last night as I fell asleep, went back out at three and had a cracking 2.5  hours, when you go out tomorrow and have a fantatic day you will forget about today, as long as there is more smooth than rough your doing ok  ;)

Chin up m8 you are not alone on this one.

install a late payment charge, and cancel the collection.

Sod doing that did it for about 3 years and got sick and tired of wasting my time.

Now it is simple pay on time of get charged, dont pay after that, get charged more and get canceled, sounds harsh but been doing it a long time now, and collecting I dont get paid for.

I know, we always stayed at Golden Beach but i used to cycle over the mountain and drop down into the town for liquid refreshment. Ooh i can almost smell the place now honey and almonds, greek food, cold beer, olives. Lucky man! Aprils a bit early we used to go in May and the weather was still dodgy. Do they still sling your suitcases in the back of a truck on the ferry?

Golden Beach was our first visit to the Island in 2002.  The Ioanis.
I Cycled up to Panagia and down to Skala Potamia then back to Golden beach.

I really don't get why people still collect money.

Do you get paid for it? No?

Why do it then?  ???

Note + SAE for the win, easier for you and for the customer.

Everyone has a bad day from time to time. It's what makes the really good days brilliant.
