it is really easy but the ground needs to be really dry and a bit warmer than what it is now, if you pressure wash one day and then arange to go back when next dry, when you return use a leaf blower to blow any loose debris that may of returned and check the ground is perfectly dry (if it is at all damp the seal will dry white in that area and will look a mess) you can put the seal on in two ways either simply brush on with a long brush or use a sprayer it usualy takes about half an hour to dry before adding a second coat.
the advantage of spraying seal on is it is much quicker and the seal covers a much larger area as the nicks dont eat up as much seal as it does with a brush the downside is you have to be very carefull not to spray anything you shouldnt and if windy it is better done by brush.
better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove any doubt

the resealing depends on correctly identifying what was used previously as it will delaminate and go grey over time if the incorrect sealer is used on top of the old sealer. You may also need to abrade the surface as well

so it could be quite tricky if the customer does not know what it was sealed with previously, the weather is another pain in the arse!  will have to think hard whether i do any of these.

I have also toyed with the idea of doing pic reseals. There is a course run by someone but cant remember who (Pic seal?).

I have decided not to attempt any before getting the training done, i just dont need the aggro.

First and foremost breakdown the existing surface using specialist chemicals. As necessary, repair any cracks, chips or crumbling using matching colours and then apply a new sealant coating to protect the surface against colour fade and frost, giving it that "as new" look.

PICS do a course, here is their web-link   www.picsuk.com
Not been on it myself, but if you want to get into pic re-sealing then might be worth talking to them.
