£10. Looks very straight forward and easy access around the house.

It seems my pricing is about right and the job from arriving to leaving takes 12 mins

i must be way under priced or in the wrong area,i dont think i could get more than £8 for that here in gloucester,i have a load of modern detached houses larger than that one and i only get £8.00 for them.

maybe its time to bite the bullet and go for a £10.00 min charge,no wonder i dont seem to be any were near the earnings of  a lot of you guys on this forum  :-[

I charge £12 this is a completely new area for me and i have decided to charge 50% more than my normal price i am aiming for a better quality of round and dony mind if it takes abit longer than normal to develop it as it will be worthwhile

Rugby you just need to go for it and start charging more its hard to do it at first or thats what i found but the more you do it the more confident you become and then you start to enjoy the job more as you are getting paid properly

If in amongst a few others I would charge a tenner if pricing now - but I have similar stuff going back to my trad days which I still charge at £7.50/£8.50.

15 mins from pulling up to driving away. (If custy not in to gasbag!)
It's a game of three halves!

I was frstrated at getting my kit out for a fiver and thought a £10 minimum charge is the way forward.
Whenever i got a call for a quote i started telling people over the phone that i had a £10 minimum charge and people have not batted an eyelid. I've been asked a couple of times when cleaning and they have walked off when i mentioned it. Introducing this charge was alot easier than i thought it would be.

£8 if i had a few together, but £10 if just one or two in the street.
it shouldnt take any more than 10 mins trad.

You have to be careful not to get too greedy. i was a little greedy in one street and put my prices up, then someone cames along and undercut me by £3 a house, and i lost a load of them!!

£12 including the windows and door not in picture, should take around 10 minutes.

Here in Leicester, this would probably be between £7.50 and £10.  Would take about 10 mins to do providing no access issues to rear.  5 mins settup.
