Its a quiet time of year. The money is tight after Christmas and the weather is miserable.

seem to be getting the opposite here , maybe because the fair weather cleaners don't like the rain not sure but I am not complaining.

Once spring comes along the work will flood in ( pardon the pun ).
This happens every year.

i havent had any calls for a long time till this morning....

1 call - got your flyer through the door, please can i get a quote...

3 minutes later!

2nd call- got my flyer wanted a quote aswell -

both in the same area...

seems to be a steady flow of about 2-8 customers per 2 months, though i havent been that great at advertising only online and a few hundred flyers.

I seem to average at least one enquiry every day, and I have not advertised or used flyers for nearly a year now.

If you're worried and need the work, get off your a***s and knock on some doors.  Over the last 3 weeks I've canvassed up more than £700 in new work.

Got a new franchisee starting full time on the 11th Feb and I've promised him £600/week to start so I have to get out and knock ;D
