Hi

It's not clear what information you require as your question is very wide.  You may need to break it down in order for assistance.

i.e Courses info concerning machines or floor types etc.,
cleaning products generally or for specific cleaning problems you may be experiencing or Health & safety in what area.

Might I suggest as a starting point you might want to check for H&S info via your local council H&S executive or business link on blondon.co.uk or hse.gov.uk.

Floor types not maybe NCCA, Prochem hard floors or carpet cleaning, IICR etc.

Cleaning products you may want to browse through the host pages at express cleaning supplies to get some idea on what you may need.

Hope this helps

Hi sorry was not very clear, I've just gone into office cleaning only a small office at the mo & no buffing required but would like to expand in this area, so would like as much info as I can get on areas such as buffing( what pads & products you use for what) or do you get this info when you purchase the machine?. Health & Safety regarding employees & what risk assessments I would need to do when I have a look round the offices etc. Hope this is a little clearer, thanks for the previous advice.Nat1
