Hi all
I am thinking of renting out a 1/4 of my round . Has anyone gone this way? if so can you tell me about the pitfalls? And what the taxman has to say about it. Any advice please. Thanks Michael D

did this a couple of years ago thought it was good to start with the lad who was renting from me was a good worker to start with . but then after a few months started to get really sloppy with his work custom then were complaining . was losing work on a daily basis and got to the stage where i took back over . i ended up selling a big part of my work after that . whats your reason for wanting to rent the work out ?
