What are the specifications of this pole? I've preordered an SL-X from Gardiners, that is about as perfect as it comes for a residential pole.

The SKYPOLE pictured is a 20ft 3 section pole which is of telescopic design.

• The base diameter is 26.8mm
  Weighs 1.48kgs
  Large choice of brush heads
  Two Gooseneck types - completely interchangeable
  360 degree slip and lock clamp
  Rigidity as the picture shows.

I'm trad and have a 20' pole to do the higher bits...but it weighs a ton and sometimes an extra 10' would be good.

So, can you supply a 30 footer without all the wfp add-ons I don't need...I want just the pole.

The pole sizes that are available are as follows:

20ft
25ft
30ft
35ft
40ft
50ft
60ft

You will be able to order any of our poles from next week (mon/tues) as either a bare pole or complete (with brush head etc)

When you visit our new website you start by choosing the size pole you require then simply add the parts you require (ie: which gooseneck, brush, jet options etc)

It really couldnt be simpler.

Why only 3 section pole @ 20ft I'd have thought manufacturers these days would be having more sections so the pole when closed is smaller, ie easier for tight spaces, yours in the pic must be at least 7ft with gooseneck and brush, way too big for me

How much is the closed lenght for each one of them?

Is the first section fibreglass and the rest Carbon? Is that for all of the sections?

The 20ft looks a tad heavy. If X-tel would do a 20' it would around the same weight for a fibreglass x-tel.

the poles have been designed and manufactured for window cleaning and for example had we decided to go for say 4 sections on the 20ft pole the weight would have increased slightly and the rigidity would have been compromised.

The tolerances in the area around any type of join have to be understood to understand why rigidity will change (more or less bend).

our 20 ft pole weighs only 1.48kgs the picture shows the straightness and rigidity of the pole like a picture i posted a month or so ago.

The clamp allows you to Slip and Lock the telescopic sections as your require.

These poles are not disposable (like exel etc) they are designed to last .

How much is the closed length per pole?

On a side note skypole, the spelling on your website is seriously bad. Mine isn't great, but even I can see that. Run it through a spelling checker.
