Written contracts
« on: January 26, 2008, 03:28:24 am »
Hey Guys,

About half of my contracts are written(commercial). Half are verbal. I do a written proposal for each residential customer, but repeat business is usually verbal.

After the first year I usually go on a verbal agreement with commercial; not that written would be bad; we just seem to continue with what we agreed initially.

Are most of your contracts verbal or written? I think this would make a big difference when it comes to buying someone's rounds or selling a round. Should we go with written most of the time?  Does it matter?

Cheers,

Texas Girl ;D

As I am currently only doing residentialwindows, I am unsure how my customers would react even to a T&C, never mind a written signed contract.

Although, if anyone has a T&C they could let me see, I would be grateful...
