[Captain Scarlet]

I was driving to a job on Thursday and I was stuck behind a Council wagon, anyway my van is bright orange with an amber light on top, all the cars were over taking me because they thought I was Council too!!!!!! I wasnt prepared to go past the wagon on the bend but they were. Anyway if you look the part ( hi-viz, signs etc etc amber flashing lights ) then even the Police/Council cant tell the difference!!!
