best way to go about this is ask yourself what would get you out of bed in a morning and keep you going all day long ?

I had 2 guys with me day in day out for about 6-7 years then i went WFP and woke up,if your working off ladders allday firstly your mad and secondly you do need help.I`m now WFP and am earning as much sometimes more than 3 of us were off ladders.

Jonah i know what you mean but no not really,i`m far more focused on getting the work done,i enjoy the quiet drive to work in the morning and like my own company, when you do cream work all the time it makes you realise that the work you were doing before was just so you could pay there wages and by that i mean i was doing houses i would never take on now. It`s constant let downs that got to me and it wasn`t due to the pay, most of the time it was girlfreind problems, family trouble you know the stuff that has F*** all to do with me but i`m still not coming in,when i employ again it will be me supplying the van and system and them working on there own, having someone out earning the same as you day in day out will earn you serious money, with WFP i don`t see any point at all in having 2 in a van it`s pointless,if you have jobs when you think 2 of you will be needed then take both vans and meet at the job other than that in my opinion it should be one man to a van.

i have double pumps in my van that equals double the work. i wouldnt like to work alone as there is more money to be made with extra hands. sorry, but common sense really!!

Rubbish all methods tried and tested over here and i`m quick on the blade and pole my freind, both of you can easily do 300 + a day each in separate vans but it`s more of a challenge doing that each day in one van, maybe every now and again but not every day.The first scenario is acheivable every day of the week month in month out.

common sence in a way as you would earn a bit more with 2, but if you have seperate vans you will earn more that is a fact

Turnover more maybe, but what about the extra costs of running two vans? I think that a highly motivated 2 man team in one van should be able to make a higher profit than 2 vans carrying one man each.
