totally agree with what dave says there dont go into to much detail about any possible probs cos some custs will start looking for marks that they probly never would have noticed before also bear in mind that painted wooden frames are more likely to cause probs with wfp specially if they are a bit rough i lost a total of 3 customers in changing over but still consider it a good move. And you DONT need to spend 12 grand to "do it properly" specially if your mostly domestic
