any of you nice people help me with this quote as its my first of this kind.  modern 4 bed room house guttering and fascias job....guttering is green and discoloured and fascias in poor condition as well, was thinking along the lines of 40 quid a side does this sound about right.  oh and whats the best product to use on it?......apart from my pure water...thanks

per side it sounds like a good starting point,try it and see how you get on, shouldnt take you more than a couple of hrs max , the pure water will be fine, if its really stuburn stuff try some TFR from halfords or the like

100 the whole house inc windows no other detergent but pure water...work hard youll have it done in an hour

Check that they know that you are talking about surface cleaning and not cleaned out the gutters.
