this may not be very helpful but i have recently started up a cleaning agency and currently have 2 cleaners working for me.
i drew up some basic contracts not long ago, previous to this i cleaned for 2 years wothout one. th reason i decided to go ahead and have contracts is somethings just need to be put down on paper.
i wrote down all the things that i expected form the clients and what they shoudl expect from the cleaners and the service. including termination of contract, insurance details, what the cleaner should and shouldn't do and what the client need s to do!
just go with common sense then if the company takes off get someone 'legal' to look over them for you
